Registration Requirements
- The minimum age for a social networking site is 13+
- Display name is required.
- Email is required.
Personally Identifiable Information (PII)
- Last name is never automatically displayed.
- Users that register as <18 are prohibited from changing their age.
- Users that register as >18 are prohibited from changing their age to <18.
User Interaction
The following defaults apply to users 13-15 years old:
- Private profile, IM, and Online Status.
- Users <16 are prohibited from making their profiles public to users >18
- Options for "public" profile are limited to friends and/or users <18
- All users are able to set their profiles to private, regardless of age.
- Search/Browse "age' as criteria is set at 18 and over for registered users >18 and unregistered users.
- All interaction tools and user profiles have a "block user" function.
- Report user link is displayed on the site.
Content
- Report inappropriate content link is displayed on the site for registered users.
- Mature content is not visible to registered users that are <18.
Safety/Security
- Flux provides easily accessible tools for reporting a user and reporting inappropriate content.

- How to block and/or report a user and how to block and/or report content.
- How to delete a profile - for self and for parents.
- How to make your information private.
