As the Administrator for your community, you can send various types of media or messages to all members of your community.

Community Bulletins

Community Bulletin functionality is now accessible from the Inbox/Mail page when you are logged in as community Administrator. The Community Admin can send a Bulletin by clicking the “Compose Bulletin” button or by typing the “All Members” alias from the “Compose Message” screen. Bulletins go into the users’ “Community Bulletins” folder in their Mail folder.

How Can I Send a Message to all Members of my Community?

  • Click “Mail” from the “More” menu.
  • Click the “Compose Bulletin” button from the left nav. Or simply type “All Members” into the To: field on the Compose Message screen.
  • Write your bulletin and click “Send” to send the bulletin to all community members.
  • Users will receive notification that they have new Bulletins in their More menu and on their profile.
  • Users can access Community Bulletins from the “Community Bulletins” folder in Inbox.


Community Share Feed

A great way to share content to all members of your community is through the Community Share Feed. To get there...

  • Click the “More” dropdown from any page on your community and go to Community Manager, under the Populate section you will find Community Share Feed.
  • Select the content type you wish to share, for example "video"
  • Select "Copy and paste URL" option, and input the content URI or content detail page URL for the video you wish to share
  • Add a message, preview and share.
